    hi 

    I am trying to add contact form to my google site. I have done everything correct, but when i try to open the page on google chrome, its just a blank page. when i open the page on safari, i can see the form and works perfect. why? please help.

    You need to enable SSL submissions in your form in order to render it in a secure web page (your site renders using HTTPS)

    Once you have made this change, the form should be visible in your site.

    Please note that free accounts are allowed to receive 10 SSL submissions per month, so if you want to receive more you may need to upgrade your account to a paid plan or use another hosting service since Google Sites forces the use of HTTPS protocol for their sites.
