how to share forms with a collegue

    You can share you forms by creating sub-user accounts.

    You can access this capability by going to your account settings, click on the 'Users' section

    In the sub user setup:

    1. Click on create new user

    2. You input the email address of the person you want to share forms with then specify which forms they will access and what rights they sub-user will have

    NB: The sub-user needs to have a jotform account so that they can access the shared forms.
