    Any thoughts on why this solution wouldn't work for me? I'm trying to use a form in muse.

    @mrgarryb

    I am sorry for the inconvenient this situation is causing you.

    I have checked your accout and found four forms created.

    I would appreciate your letting us know the form link that you are using the lightbox, so we will be able to look deeper, recreate the issue and find a workable solution for you.

    In the meantime, please refer to the following helpful guide:

    Thanks for taking a look at this.

    The form is the one titled 'New Horizon Wines - Quiz'

    Unfortunately the site is still propagating so i can't direct you to the site just now.

    The issue arises when i preview the form via muse. The preview from jotform works as intended. This leads me to believe there is something missing from the code generated by muse.

    Any help you can offer is appreciated.

    Kind Regards

    @mrgarryb

    The stand alone form is fine as of checking. Since the problem happens when the form is embedded on your site, we would appreciate if you can at least provide to us a test page where we can see the embedded form. It is ten times easier to load up the site and diagnose a problem if we can see it in our own browsers. :)

    Thanks for your understanding.

    It seems i've run into another hurdle before I can even post the website to the internet.

    I don't suppose you would know how to manipulate this code to show a lightbox rather than a popup?

    javascript:popUp('http://forums.adobe.com/community/muse')

    Once I can do this i'll be able to demo the form for you.

    Thanks

    Garry

    I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. Because we may need a demo website, so it would be a lot easier to perform a test. It is also possible that there are just small conflicts between your websites scripts and the lightbox form scripts. You may like to check if there are any jQuery conflicts and use this guide to remove it.

    You can also try to remove the "2" from "feedback2.js" when you embed your lightbox form. so it should only be "feedback.js" instead of feedback2.js. (Please see image below for reference)

    By removing that you will be able to use the first version(prototype) of the lightbox form and may avoid conflict with your scripts.

    I hope this helps. Thank you.
