Text boxes cut off when creating a PDF version

    I've created a pdf of a clone of your form and it seems fine, could you include a link to a copy of the cut off pdf.

    What browser were you using to generate the pdf when this ocurred?

    Try clearing your browser cache and generating the pdf again.

    I'm using Google Chrome. The pictures above show the two areas the PDF is cutting off. What do you mean a link to the PDF? The only link i have is to the application form online which doesn't have the cut offs

    I am sorry for the inconvenient this issue is causing you.

    For testing purposes, I have gone ahead cloned your form and generate a .pdf form and was not able to recreate the issue.
