I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. You should be able to edit your forms without any problem.
It could be a browser related cache issue. I would suggest you to clear your browser cache and then thy to edit your forms again. The following guide should help you clear your browser cache: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
