You can change the file upload size limit to 1048576 value in KB to set it to 1GB. The maximum file size per submission here in JotForm is actually 1GB.

Please refer to this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit

Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.

I understand jotforms limits.   what would you suggest for someone who needs larger files?

again I know I wont use jot for this 1 project.

I could use the jot form then land them on another up-loader to allow larger files if I could figure out a solution.

    Thanks

You can use JotForm as a landing page if you prefer. If you need a functionality wherein your users can upload files more than 1gb then you might need to use 3rd party company or web apps.

Please check these websites and verify if their products and services will work for you. I haven't tried them yet, I just search them in Google.
