Autofill only certain fields

Is it possible for the form to always autofill fields but only some of them?

For example, the name, e-mail and phone number would always be autofilled upon using the form.

The rest of the fields will not be autofilled, or alternatively will be autofilled temporarily (for 1 day for ex.).

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to achieve your requirement. Please be noted that when you enable the "Auto Fill" setting of your form, it will save the input values of all form fields. It is not possible to turn ON/OFF auto fill for only few form fields.

I believe it would be possible if you  download you form's full source code and add custom code to disable autofill for few form fields.
