Upload and Send buttons not displaying correctly

I have built a form to allow for file uploading and sending.

For some reason, the text in the 'Upload' and 'Send' buttons displays strangely.

When I resize the button size in the Designer, the Send button does not resize properly.

Also, when I look at the form on my website, the Send button does not display.

Help please.
