I am managing a project plan in our company to migrate everyone over the JF from AF. I had previously tested this and the import tool used to ask for my Adobe Forms login information and that was all that was needed to import from AF to JF. It was simple.
This morning when I tried to re import forms and responses and it now asks me to download the export tool. I cannot do this as we work on a citrix network and I am unable to download any applications (company policy) at all so this process will not work. Can you please revert back to the other process or find a way for me to do so? I need ALL forms AND responses and this new process simply can’t help me. I need to do this by tomorrow.
Can you please help?

Melissa, I am very sorry for the inconvenience, but Adobe FormsCentral have changed the way in which we can access and export your AFC data. For that reason, we had to drop the old importing way - it no longer works. We have worked hard on fixing the problem, and have build a new AFC data exporter as an executable file, and I'm afraid that you will need to use this tool if you want to import your AFC data into JotForm.
We would love to have been able to keep the old functionality for its ease of use for our customers, but I'm afraid that it is no longer possible for reasons outside of our control.
You can check our guide here for the ways of importing your AFC data, but the only other way left is a rather manual way of importing - referenced to as method 2:
