Scripting conflict: Page has to be Refreshed for form to work

    Hi Guys

For some of my customers, they are not able to proceed through my online payment form (Jotform) until they refresh their browser page.

This does not happen to all customers, but enough that I am receiving complaints about it daily. If a customer refreshes their browser the problem goes away. I don't understand why this would be happening as this is the first time the majority of the customers have visited my site.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

I have just checked your webpage, and there appears to be a scripting conflict between JQuery scripts and our own form. Due to the conflict, the form doesn't fully load all its resources on first visit.

I would advise you to please try embedding the form using the iFrame embed method, instead of the current embed method that is used. This will sandbox your form, and prevent any scripting conflicts between the scripts of the form and scripts on your page.

Please try this solution out and let us know how it goes.

Thanks Boris. That seems to have fixed it.

I'm so impressed with the service from the Jotforms crew!!

    Cheers
