field is not showing up on the email notification

    My first field is not showing up on the submission form. It was working and now it is not showing. This is for the Upload Form

    I inspected your form and you edited the email notification. It is possible to edit and customize the email notification but once you do it, it stops to automatically update itself when you edit the form. This means that if you add or remove a form field you need to add or remove it manually from the email notification.

    In order to add a field to your email notification you just need to click on field menu on the left side of the email notification:

    Or as an alternative you can create a new email notification.
