How to reduce length of form?

Hi, I am trying to create a booking form for the Summer holidays but there are so many days that I need to add that they take up all the space on the page and I cant add anymore dates, is there anyway better that this to create this type of form.

Have you tried using the following widgets:

Date Reservation widget 

Check In Check Out widget 

I've checked your form, and I see that all of the dates are "required"? Is this correct? If all the dates are required, it seems that you need to display all of them manually.

Also you might want to check out Configurable-List-Widget which can be configured to suit your needs.
