    Hello Jaures.

I'm afraid that this isn't something that we can do directly with regular form fields that you are using now, but I believe that our Configurable List widget will work to your satisfaction.

Here is a guide on how to use this amazing widget: How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget

There is a problem that the Configurable List widget does not have a responsive design, meaning that it will not fit perfectly onto a mobile phone screen or your tablet. This is due to technical difficulties that were required to make this widget support all the options that it now supports. If you only use desktop PCs or laptops to fill out your forms, there should not be any issues.

Alternatively to the Configurable List widget, we also have Infinite List widget with similar capabilities, but it has the same limitations. We also have a third such widget geared towards numerical input, the Matrix_Dynamique widget.

Please let us know if you need further clarification or help regarding this, or kindly open a new thread for any other questions or problems you may have with your forms. We will be happy to assist you.
