Viewing submissions and email notifications

    Hello,

     

    One of my customers has completed his form and hit the 'submit' button, but I do not have any record of his completed form. Please advise!

    The submissions can be viewed in the submissions area. I did a test submission and I was able to submit it properly. Can you please confirm that you received that submissions by going to the submissions area. Here's a guide on how to view the submissions.

    If you are referring to the notifications that you are not getting, then you might want to create separate notification for the other recipients. I can see that you have 3 recipients.
