Please assist with form submission counts.

We have the 100 Starter package.   Under the account, we have 2 forms, 1 for payment and 1 for scheduling.  As the account reaches 10 submissions, no matter the form, we receive emails that our account is reaching the limit.

Does the Starter package stop at 10 submissions (no matter the number of forms) or a total of 100 submissions.  Any assistance is great appreciated.

    Hello usfa.

Please note that the free, Starter plan allows you to have up to 100 regular submissions, up to 10 secure SSL submissions and up to 10 payments. If you go over any of these counters within the month, all further form submissions will be suspended until the counters are reset on the first day of next month.

You have received the notification after your payment submissions were nearing 10, which is the top limit for the starter plan. Luckily, the counters have been reset as it is now the first day of June, so you once again have 10 payment submissions, OR 10 secure SSL submissions, OR 100 regular submissions.

Please let us know if you have any further questions regarding, or if you need clarification. We will be happy to help.

    Thank you for the response.

We under stand the submission process, however, 1 form for our starter account is a pay form and the other is a registration/schedule form. No matter the submission, the account is full to the 10 limit.

For example, the payment form may have 5 submissions and the registration forms will have 4 submissions, from different people, within the month of May. The payment form has only 5 submission and has not reached the 10 limit. For some reason the JOT form system reads the account as 9 submissions, even though 1 form is taking payments and the other form is taking registrations. Which pushes the account to 10 limit and prompts the JOT form, to send an email that the account reaching the 10 limit??

We are at a loss, as to how the limit is reached, when the payment form has not reached the 10 limit and the registration form, has not reached the limit either.

Question, might we have used the wrong form, when setting up the registration form and it is being viewed as a payment and not a registration?

    Hi,

I'm checking the form titled "Paypal Payment Form".

Here's the list of submissions in that form:

    2015-05-02

    2015-05-09

    2015-05-11

    2015-05-12

    2015-05-12

    2015-05-17

    2015-05-17

    2015-05-20

    2015-05-28

The list shows 9 complete payment submissions, in this case that is the reason why you received the email about reaching your submission limits. The account limits reset every 1st day of the month. If you completed the incomplete payments in your submissions page, I believe it will be counted in your number of payments submission.

If you encountered the problem again, please let us know and we can investigate it further.

    Thank you.

Thank you for the feedback but this is not the case.  We did not complete any of the "incomplete submissions", if this were the case, we would understand the total for the submissions reaching 10.

the example below, occurs monthly for our account, no matter which of are forms are filled out:

    1. The paypal payment form may have 5 submissions, from different people, and

    2. The online registration forms will have 4 submissions, from different people, within the month.

For some reason the account reaches 9 submissions, for the entire account. Which pushes the account to 10 the limit and prompts the JOT form, to send an email that the account is reaching the 10 limit??

Update.  We just reviewed the past few months transactions for the Paypal payment form and noticed that monthly, this account has reach 8 or 9 submissions, minus the online registration from.

We will continue to watch both accounts.
