We just signed up for the free plan and we intended to use the PDF import feature for a FormsCentral form. I'm looking at the instructions, both to import a PDF form, and to create a new PDF form, and the UI does not match the instructions here:
http://www.jotform.com/fillable-pdf-form-creator/
I do not see a "more" menu, or any options for PDF. When I try and import an existing PDF by URL, it gives me an error:
Form not found: Form Id is missing or irregularThis is why we chose JotForm. What can we do to make it work? Also, how can we add a different email address for these tickets? The person that signed up for the account is not the person maintaining it.Thanks,Chris MillerPage URL: http://www.jotform.com/myforms/ -

Hi! I'll be glad to assist you with this. In order to import a PDF form from Adobe FormsCentral, you need to go to this link: http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/
Click on PDF Only, then enter the same email address used in your JotForm account.
Let say in the future you create a form using the JotForm builder, and then you would like to make a fillable PDF of that form, simply follow this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/212-How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form
Let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.

Thanks. I've tried that and will wait for it to complete. I did use a different email address, but I assumed since I was logged into the account, that the form would be imported there. Maybe a feature request?
Thanks!

Yes, if you are already logged in, the form will be imported in the existing JotForm account, if not, you should have received a message stating that a new free account was going to be created with the email address you entered.
