Not receiving emails for one of my forms

    As of your above request, you are not receiving e-mail submissions for one of your forms.

    I went ahead and check your account, it shows two foms, Contact Us with 15 submissions and Target Information with 3 submissions, the emails are being sent to the email address associated with your account.
