I would like to apologize for the inconvenience this have caused you. However, I just would like to clarify, where exactly and how did you get that message? Do you get this when you try to login to JotForm? If you could post a screenshot, that would be greatly appreciated. Also, are you trying to sign-in here (Please see image below) using your email address?
