Condition inside of the form is not working because of special signs

Asked by standon391 on June 01, 2015 at 01:52 PM

I have a question where if the "greater than" answer is chosen then the question, by how much needs to be answered.

When I put it in the conditions that way, the question never shows the how much part, regardless of the answer choice. I have attached the screen shot of my conditions. The question remains hidden

I have cloned and tested your form and I was able to reproduce mentioned problem. When I investigate it further I found out that that this is happening because of signs ">" and "<".

I will escalate this issue to our developer, so they can try to resolve it. We will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

In the meantime I would suggest you to use letters instead of this signs in order to be able to set conditions.

Here is my demo form where I changed sign ">":

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
