Can I place the same field multiple times in my form?

I have a very large form with many fields and stored conditions.

I need the same field, appear in different conditions always unfilled.

for example:

there is a way to use this same field, in different parts of the form, always appearing unfilled. I do not know if I was clear ... I hope someone can help me!

Do you want to use the same field multiple times in your form? If so, that's not possible because each field is unique which means that you can create duplicates of it, but they will be treated as different fields in your form.
