When I log into my account and click to see the submissions, I get an error that says there is a bug in the version of explorer that I'm using and it recommends firefox. I downloaded firefox and get the same message in this browser.
I'm not only unable see the submissions, but I can't forward or PDF them either.

Unfortunately, I am not able to reproduce the problem from my side.
Is this problem intermittent or continuous? Could you please try with the Google Chrome browser? You may also try with the different computer and network to see if that makes any difference for you.

One more thing, please try to access using http://www.jotform.net instead of http://www.jotform.com
