Is it possible to add calculations to the Matrix field?

    Is the answer to this question still the same? i.e. Is it still impossible to create a matrix with calculation values?

    You can now add calculations on a Matrix field.

    Here's how:

    Suppose you already have your form designed like this: (Please see image below)

    You then Click the Conditions icon from the toolbar.

    Then select the "Update a form field value" option and click Next.

    After that, you need to (Please see image below)

    After you click "Add Field"

    Then,

    After clicking Insert,

    You then, create your calculation.

    Note: The matrix we created, as shown above, has four columns and it will have a default value of 1 to 4. If it has 5 columns then it will be 1 to 5.

    Thank you. Is it possible to edit the value of each column (e.g. instead of being 1-5, making it 4, 3, 2, 1, 0, etc)?

    Hi,

    Yes you can, just change the values on it like this:

    You can also have custom values, just specify the value in the columns option and enclosed it with "()", example: "Very Satisfied (4)".

    Can you hide the calculation field so that the user doesn't see it, but the calculations are preserved for reporting?
