Conditional Email is not working properly in my form

    Thanks very much, Mike. Everything displays properly now. But I have one additional issue. I have finished entering all the conditions and am testing to ensure that the email chains work. I have entered in my own email address "mkeegan@merlenorman.com" into the RBC Email field and have set test conditions to Send ESC2ADV email to me if Escalation Notes Advertising is filled. I have also set if Advertising Follow up Notes is filled, send ESC FU ADV to {rbcEmail}. But when I filled the Advertising Follow up Notes in my test, it sent me an ESC FU email for each department (please see picture). How do I get it to send me just the ESC FU email for just the appropriate department? In this case, I was expecting just to get one email ESC FU ADV to {rbcEmail}. Thanks!!!

    I've checked your conditions and noticed that you have the following rules.

    These conditions are the ones that are sending the emails to the address that is entered in the {rbcEmail} field. Were all the notes fields empty when you edited the form?

    Yes, all the notes fields were empty except Advertising Follow up Notes. Which is why I was confused about getting emails when there were multiple empty notes fields.

    I have tested  a copy of you form, and a single email is sent when is choose the advertising option and fill in the escalate to advertising noted.

    Try testing you conditions again, taking care not select multiple items under escalate to i suspect this may have resulted in the sending of multiple emails in the previous case.
