On free accounts you  have 100MB available space, regardless of having the form integrated with Dropbox, or any other third party cloud storage service.

You have exceeded the limit, but only for this time we will reset it.

In the future, you can free up space by deleting submissions, bu make sure you have downloaded them before deleting: http://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

Also, if you need more space you might want to upgrade to a next plan that best suits your needs: http://www.jotform.com/pricing

    Hello,

Yes, that is quite alright - the upload session can handle 15 megabytes (I hope that's what you mean by 15mg) easily.

In fact, the upload field on your form can support upto 1GB per session (note: the larger the file, the longer it will take to complete the upload).

I hope that helps - let us know how we can assist further.

    Cheers!
