How can i enable mutiple submissions for my form?

I have created an application form where after registration a user will get an e-mail with an unique ID.

when i am submitting my form it shows that "MULTIPLE SUBMISSIONS FOR THIS FORM IS NOT ALLOWED".

I am creating a web project using IDE ECLIPSE. while i am running this form in my project after submission it is showing an error.

It looks like you have set up your form limits to limit submissions to only one submission per a unique IP address. You can change this to allow multiple submissions by going to:

Setup & Embed > Preferences > Form Limits, and changing the value of Unique Submission from Strict Check to No Check.
