I wish to cancel my subscription

    Monthly premium £6.60 plus VAT.

    I would like to know,

    if we cancel our subscription because we don't need Jotform any more, will we be able to come back later with the same account, or will we have to create another account?

    Our need for Jotform is just for  a few months, each year.

    If we don't want to pay subscription, the months nobody replies to our forms, the easier way is to cancel subscription, but if we have to create a new account each year, will it be a problem?

    Stephanie, please note that you will be able to upgrade and downgrade your plan for as much as you need to. You will be able to upgrade later on with the same account, please do not worry.

    Even when you downgrade from a paid plan to a free plan, all the information that has already been submitted to you will still available to you, so you can continue to view or export your submissions whenever you need to.

    If you have further questions, please open a new thread so that we may avoid confusion, and so that the person who opened this thread, Sarah, doesn't get unrelated email replies to their query.
