The Submit button is missing from our form.

We have added CSS to try an extend the bottom of the form lower, as we have done for other forms. However, did this not work.

I was able to see the issue on your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51095359591968
When I checked the form, I also could not see the submit button when opened in any browser
I was able to figure out the caused of the issue to be the conditional statements that were already deleted on the form, but were not properly cleared.
I suggest you remove all deleted conditions (those in red color)
and as well as remove or disable the one condition that show/hide the submit button base on an erroneous rule.
I made the test using a clone of your form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51525231798964
and it was fixed as the Submit button now shows on the form.
Please try the suggested modification on your form.
Let us know if this still did not resolve the issue.
Thanks.
