    Email notifications content is incomplete due to incorrect field IDs

    My form: http://form.jotform.us/form/50916159035152

    My customer fills out the blank lines below and clicks the submit button. But the information in the yellow lines do not show up in the email. Everything else on the form shows in the email, just not the line memo information in the three boxes for the whole form.

    Please help. This is URGENT.

    The fields ID on your email notification is incomplete. As you can see, if you double click the Form Fields at the right, it will post the correct ID name of the field.

    You can also get the field ID name by going to the properties of the field.

    I recommend recreating the form Notifier also.

    You can do that by adding a new Notification using the Add New Email button in the Email Alert.

    user guide: Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

     

    When you add a fresh Notification Email in your form, it will properly set all the exiting fields from the form into the email template.

    I created a Notification using the Add New Email button in the Email Alert like you mentioned earlier.

    Should I delete the "Line Item Memo"? The one that's been already set up. When I do the testing, it only goes to my email address

    . How do I make sure the form when submitted, goes to two email addresses?

    Please help ASAP. I created Notifier 2 like you said and when I get the test results email, the computer language shows on the whole form (ex: {line 2} {input 48}. This should not be showing. It should be blank. And I also filled out the form as if I were the customer and none of the information showed at all.

    Threads are assigned to supporters by order of arrival. When you update the thread it jumps to the end of the line each time you update it.

    I created a clone of your form. It's called "Clone fixed - of LINE ITEM MEMO FORM" and added the missing fields to the email notification:

    Hi Carina.

    Thank you for helping me but the form is still not coming out correctly.

    For testing purposes, I filled out the form as if I were the customer and clicked submit. Please see the test results below:

    The Order # and memos are showing at the top, not showing at the bottom portion where the titles are. It only shows the Order Line # once at the bottom and repeats line memo that applies to all reels/cuts on this line. Is there any way to fix this immediately? This is very urgent. I just want the bottom portion to show the data I need.

    First, we need to know which form are you working with right now.

    Which of these three forms?

    1. LINE ITEM MEMO FORM

    If you will, please fill out the form like you were our customer and click the submit. Then once I receive the email notification, I will upload the screen shot to show you exactly what the issue is. It is very difficult trying to text communicate with you to resolve this. No one is understanding what needs to be fixed.

    When I did a test submissions, the email notification looks like this.

    Would you like the notifier to look like the screenshot below?

     

    If yes, then please follow these steps:

    1. Delete the existing notifier.

    2. Click the "Emails" button in the toolbar then click the "Add New Email" button.

    3. Click "Notifier" then press "Next".

    4. Edit the fields based on your preference. After that, press the "Next" button.

    5. The default layout will be used and all fields will be listed automatically. Click the "Finish" button.

    6. Please try to do a test submission and check if it is now working properly.

    The information shown on the email notification is completely incorrect. I don't get why the information entered in the blank boxes on the form is not showing... Why are the box titles just showing???

    Hi,

    I would recommend creating a new notifier then editing it to remove the field titles you dont want to be seen i.e the Line 1, Line 2 e.t.c

    I did so and i was able to receive all the values i typed.
