I cloned a form, changed the title, heading and some other minor text. However when I go to retrieve the embed code (Feedback) it shows the title of the original form.
I've tried deleting info.. including changing email alerts, etc. Why is it not taking the code of the new form?

Can you provide have a link or ID of the form in question?
Also post the embed code you have been using.

I wasn't sure how to show the difference.. I have not embeded it just yet only previewing.. so what should I show you for review? For starters here is the code for the revised form.. I see where I can make the change in the code & thought it might be in the submit button.. but will I need to change the title in the Button Text each time I clone a form and use this "Feedback" option? The revised title should read "Strangers and Strange Nots"
formId : "13233555150",
buttonText : "Free MP3 Download Whuppins & Spankins",

background : "#F59202",
fontColor : "#FFFFFF",
buttonSide : "bottom",
buttonAlign : "right",
