How can I get a special field to show on the form?

I am trying to get the Pool ID # on the following form to show on the form.  Is that possible?  I believe the properties of this field don't allow for that, but I thought I would check with you if that's possible.

In order for you to get the Pool ID#, please use the Unique ID Widget.
