Have Premium account:
My users are not able to send replies - says have reached your limit. We had the issue yesterday, logged out, logged in today and the same issue.
Cache is cleared.

I checked your account/username mbrija and it is indeed a PREMIUM account.
I test submitted your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/50577458372161 but I could not reproduced the issue you reported.
in my test submission I was able to see the Thank You page just fine, which define successful submission.
Can you please try again? If there is different user that encounter the issue, please try to get as much as details on how they were submitting the form. And we will check further if there are still issue.
