How do I link the Invoice Form to Paypal?

I have instructors send me their invoice using the Invoice template.

Do you have suggestions on how to link the form to PayPal so that the information will show up on the PayPal side?

Or is there another option that would work this way, other than Paypal. I don't have to use Paypal if there is another way for receiving Invoice and then making the payment quicker with the information included as well.

    Thanks so much.

I'm sorry, but I'm not quite sure if I understand your question correctly.

Do you want to link the invoice that is being sent to you with your PayPal account? When you say "receiving invoice" you mean that your instructors upload a file in your form? Or?

You can use the custom field value in the payment tool to pass its value to your PayPal account.

First, the instructor sends me the invoice with details, such as name of student, how many hours spent and the fee to be paid.

I would like the information integrated into the Paypal payment page (or any payment method)  so that when I send the invoice, it will keep the information that was entered (name of student, how many hours spent, fee to be paid.)

Actually, I already have a PayPal payment page and it is working fine. It is where students pay for services.

My question is, I want instructors to send me an invoice so I can pay through the invoice. So it is like reverse of the payment for someone purchasing a course. With the invoice, I send the payment to the instructor.

    The invoice would include:

    How many hours.

    Name of Student.

    Amount due.

The instructor would use the invoice form and it will integrate through Paypal so that I receive an email from Paypal (or other payment) with the details about the invoice

    with the information:

    How many hours.

    Name of Student.

    Amount due.

Do you know of an app or widget that would be similar to this? Thank you.

You can use paypal to generate invoices.

I did some research and found a list of potential tools

An online invoice generator called nutcache comes close to what you are looking for https://www.nutcache.com/
