Reply limits - 2 users cannot reply

    I appreciate your response. I can also reply.

    I have 2 users who cannot reply. To my understanding, users have the same privileges that I do. Is that correct?

    I inspected the mbrija account and could only see one form (Open Enrollment Request 2015-16 ) with submissions, but this form does not have any notification created:

    Was the email notification removed?

    When you say that 2 users cannot reply, do you mean that the 2 sub-users of the account mbrija cannot reply to the email notification that is received when someone fills in the form?

    Sorry for the duplicates. Was not sure how to respond.

    We did purposely disable email notifications upon submit while the superintendent updated some forms. The issue comes with my sub user jduggan trying to reply. She replied to 8 forms and has received the error code ever since - for 2 days now.

    That is actually normal and a built-in limitation for replies through that part of your form to prevent abuse of this so only a few are allowed to be sent per hour. This is why you are seeing that notice which is not an error but a warning message telling you that you've reached the limit.

    But we tried an hour later and a day later and jduggan was always getting to error message.

    I made a test submission and tried to replied. I could successfully reply to the submission:

    Is this happening in more than one browser? Also is it happening with more than one form? If possible also send us a screenshot of the error.

    We'll wait for more details to proceed.

    We did try from another browser and had the same issue. We logged out of JotForm and back in - same issue. We also cleared the cache often.

    As the main account holder, I was able to send 30 replies in an hour. I finished the following day, relying to 20 more.
