Hi I just integrated one of my forms on Jot form with a Mailchimp list. After you integrate mailchimp jotform takes you through a process to complete the integration. I am confused on the step when it comes to saying "Match Form Fields" Could you help explain a little bit more about with this step of the process is to me?

What the 'Match Form Fields' does is assign you input fields to the corresponding mailchimp fields.
In you screenshot provide you are required to select a field that contains email address in your form to associate with the Email Address field in mailchimp.

So are you saying that the fields I pick in my Jot form in this particular example will be transferred to my mail chimp list?

Yes, when you click the "Add New Option" button you'll see the fields that can be matched in MailChimp so you can select which field of your form you want to map with it.
Please note that not all fields will be mappable with your MailChimp list, but if there are mappable fields they will be shown in the dropdown.
