Attaching PDF

    Is there anyway to just have the information send as a PDF and not the email?

    I integrated a fax into the form so when submit is clicked it will send the "text" format email, where I can't get a signature to show up. It will show the signature in the PDF when it comes through, but I don't want both.

    Hello.

    I'm afraid that I do not completely understand your requirement - to send the information as just a PDF and not the email.

    1. Do you wish to receive an email upon a submission, but that this email contains only the attached PDF of the submission?

    If yes, this is possible. All you need to do is set an Email Notification, remove entries from the body of the Email Notification (as shown in the images below), and tick the Attach PDF option.

    This will result in only an empty email with a PDF file being received.

    2. Alternatively, are you asking that your user be presented with a PDF file, rather then sending them an Autoresponder email? If this is what you are looking for, that can also be achieved by changing the Thank-You-Page Custom URL to this:

    https://submit.jotformpro.com/server.php?action=getSubmissionPDF&sid={id}&formID={formId}

    This would make your submitter automatically receive a download of their PDF submissions, as soon as they click on the Submit button.

    If none of these methods are what you are looking for, could you please elaborate what you are trying to achieve? Thank you.
