I run an accountancy practice and am currently looking for a solution that will provide me with the following:
1. a new client engagement letter template (generally 4-5 pages of customisable text), which we can then tailor for each new client.
The engagement letter then has an Appendix, which consists of a new client checklist. Whilst signing the engagement letter (hopefully via an eSignature) the client would also complete this checklist to provide us with the business information we need in order to understand their business and requirements.
2. the ability to send a totally separate PDF document for electronic signing e.g. a tax return which we have prepared and downloaded from our tax lodgement software
Do you organise online demos so I can discuss this in person with someone from your sales team?

A template for a client engagement letter sounds good but I can hardly find one from our existing templates that matches the needs you listed above. Have you tried searching our templates gallery? The templates in our gallery are created based on the number of demands and common use. In addition, JotForm users can create their own templates and share them with other users. I believe the fastest way to do this is to create your own template for future uses.
As for the online demo, unfortunately, there is no way to schedule. However, we are always here happy to answer your concerns. I can give you a couple of guides to get familiar with JotForm.
