Next Button Not Working On iPhone

    Form some reason though I can't get through to page 2 on my iPhone. It displays correctly, however when i tap 'next' after filling in the field properly it flashes a message in red which I can't read before it disappears?

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I have fixed some issues in your form and also made it mobile responsive by setting the "Responsive Form" property. Please check the screenshot below:

    Can you please test your form now and see if it now works as expected in iPhone mobile device?
