Is there a way to move or duplicate a form from the Shared from from the main account's folder to my sub-account's private folder?

    You can clone that form using it's direct link: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    In order to get the direct link, simply go to the edit mode of the form and click on Preview:
