    Hi there;

            Could you please clone this form here, the CSS Code was messed-up the whole form. Refer this guide here on How you can clone form from existing URL.

    However, If you want to make changes on your own form, please remove "{" middle bracket from your code and then inject the following CSS Code Block to your form.

    Read this guide here on How to Inject Custom CSS Codes. Review the following screenshot for confirmation.

    .form-header-group .form-header, .form-header-group .form-subHeader {color: #671010 !important;}

    li[data-type="control_head"]:first-child .form-header {color: #671010 !important;}

    Hope this helps. Please do get back to us, if you need more assistance, we would be happy to assist you.

    Hello sixtowns.

    Please remove the code that was under that opening curly bracket:

    .form-pagebreak {
        background-color : #fff;
        margin : 0;
        padding : 0 40px;
        position : absolute;
        top : 31px;
        left : 120px;
        height : auto !important;
        box-shadow : none;

    So that only this part remains:

    .form-pagebreak {
        background-color : #fff;
        margin : 0;
        padding : 0 40px;

    When it comes to proper positioning of your Back and Next buttons, please also take a look at the answer to your other thread regarding this issue: http://www.jotform.com/answers/581167

    Please let us know if you need any further help or assistance, we will be happy to help.
