Unable to see any forms in our account?

    We can log into the site, but we cannot see our forms. We have an offsite employee who can see the forms from his location. Any Ideas as to why?

    Hi,

    I've checked your username d_double9, but it seems like it doesn't have any forms on it. I also see that you are a sub account user, the one that added you might have removed the shared folder, leaving you no forms to see in your end.

    If you wish to create your own forms, you can do that by following this guide:

    Make sure to choose "Free" plan.

     

    After that, if you have another user that wants to share some forms to you from another account, please share this guide to him/her: http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User.
