    Responses not transferring into the response email

    My name is James Parkin and we are having a little trouble with one of our forms and the fact that information is not being transferred to the email response when the respondent fills in the form. On this particular question, we have put a condition on it but we don't believe that this is having an effect.  

    I didn't know if it was because we hadn't made these question mandatory to answer, or if it down to the conditions that we have put on it.

    The results do pull through but just not to the email. I have included the link to the form and a screenshot of the email response that we got sent.

    Yes, that's most likely the cause. I just did a test and submitted and got the info for that field.

    As the field was not mandatory, the field came empty. We do recommend to make mandatory fields if the information is required.
