How do I connect the form to two different lists in Constant Contact?

Hello, 

I created a form that asks whether the subscriber is a traveler or a travel company. I would like to add the travelers to one list and the travel company to another list. 

How do I do this?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to achieve your requirement.

Please be noted that it is currently not possible to conditionally send submission data to different Constant Contact list. One form can only send submission data to one constant contact list which you configure when you integrate your form with Constant contact. Please check the screenshot below:
