I tried to create a new form by attempting to import it using the 'download url' link contained in the e-mail sent from jotform, but receive the error: Form not found: Form Id is missing or irregular

    Here is the url:

    http://www.jotform.com/myforms3/prettyPDF.php?formID=51524441261850

I did try to clone the form as per those instructions, but no joy. That's when I got the Form not found: Form Id is missing or irregular

    Thanks for your help

    @ davisrmichael

I have opened the original pdf form, and seems that form was not correctly imported to JotForm.

Please go ahead and make the same process to import form from Adobe FormsCentral, take a moment to read this guide to show you how to import forms: http://support.jotform.com/help/309-How-to-Migrate-Form-Data-from-Adobe-FormsCentral-to-JotForm

Let us know if we can further assist you.
