    The "print form" button you can add with the tool "submit button" is very useful, with the exception that it does not print the whole form if it's made of more than one page. The "print form" button in fact will allow the submitter to print only the page in which the "print form" button is included.

    1 - How is possibile to let the user print the entire form?

    2 - Also, how could I change the text displayed on the buttons as well as button size?

    Many thanks in advance,

    Hi Holly,

    1. Our team have previously submitted a request ticket for the ability to print multi-page forms. Unfortunately, there is no word yet on the status of that request. I apologize for this as we do not have enough manpower to handle all requests.

    For the meantime, you can add a Print button in each page, so you could print your form per page. To do that, please follow the guide below:

    a.  Insert a Free Text field in your form

    b.  Click the HTML button in the toolbar and enter this code:

    <a target="_blank" href="javascript:window.print()">PLEASE Print This Page for your records!</a>

    As for showing a progress indicator, you may use the free text tool to display the page number or something like that. The free text tool is found under the Power Tools section:

    2. You can change your button font style by injecting CSS Codes below:

    .form-submit-button, .form-submit-reset, .form-submit-print, .form-screen-button {

    font-family: Tahoma;

    font-size: 15px;
