I've tried following interactions for method two at http://www.jotform.com/help/309-How-to-Migrate-Form-Data-from-Adobe-FormsCentral-to-JotForm, but when I try to export submissions I get the message from FormsCentral: "Acrobat.com could not save this file. The file might be open in another application and cannot be overwritten." Moreover, it doesn't allow me to select just the remaining (unimported) submissions, but only all submissions, even though most of them have already been imported into JobForm. I have to do this with three different forms (i.e., import submissions created in FormsCentral since I opened my JobsForm account), so would appreciate any help. Thanks.

We currently only have the ability to import all submissions. We had the ability to import updated submissions for a bit but had to take down the previous import tool at Adobe's request. The new import tool unfortunately does not yet and may not have that feature. This may be something that is added but with how soon Forms Central is shutting down, I wouldn't wait for it.
The error you are receiving is likely caused by the file your are trying to upload being open on your computer as well. If the file is open, the import tool may not be able to use it until it is saved and closed.
