Remove form from Facebook page

    Como puedo quitar las demas formularios que aparecen en mi pagina de facebook?

    If I understood you question correctly you want to remove Jotform from Facebook. Please follow this steps.

    1) Click on Settings.

    2) Click on Apps.

    3) Hover over the JotForm app, and you'll see the options to Edit Settings or simply click on the delete icon to remove the whole JotForm App.
