Cannot get my data to transfer correctly from FormsCentral

I've tried your import tool for repeatedly, and it is not importing the data correctly.  After my demographics, my form has 102 forced-choice questions (i.e respondent must choose A or B via a radio button).  Those are either imported as the complete text beside the choice instead of as a simple "A"or 'B", or I get a line of nonsense letters such as,
"kjsbdgiufwsguindlkvnoifg."

You only give an example of importing in csv format.  Perhaps xls would work better with my data, but I can't get that to work either and there is no sample procedure for that.

I was so pleased with how well my forms imported to your site, but they're useless without my data.
