Same thing is happening to me.
Logged in today to find a blank, white screen. No forms!
Our main account holder is able to view all forms. The main account holder no longer shows me as a sub-user. I should be listed on the main account as a sub user. When I login with my sub user account, under account settings, I am listed correctly as a sub user. Somehow the connection between main user and sub user has stopped. Is this why I can't view any forms?

We do not see any major issues with the sub user accounts at the moment. I have just checked two test sub user accounts and they seems to be fine.
Could you please ask the main account holder to re-add your email address as the sub user? It should fix the issue.

Yes. This worked. Main account user re-added me as a sub user. I am now able to see all forms. Thank you!
