why can't i see the submit button on any mobile phone

I have ppl trying to fill out the form and everything on their mobile device.. They are able to fill out every line on the form but can not seem to see or hit the submit button.. can anyone help me with this..

Adding the Mobile Responsive Widget to the form should also help.
