    Where have my forms gone?

    When I login and then click "My Forms" - all my forms are missing.

    Can you please tell me why.

    Please clear your browser's cache and try to log back into your account.

    There's a guest account associated with your email address which might be preventing you from logging into your registered account.

    You can also try using your username (mikegoldinfo) instead.

    Thank you - I cleared my Browser History - it did not help.

    I logged in as my username and my email address - it did not help

    How do I disconnect the Guest account?

    I've deleted the guest accounts that were related to your email address, but please try to clear all the cache from your browser (especially the cookies) since they are the ones that keep the session variables that are created for guest accounts.

    Also, you may try using a different browser if possible.
